His previous experience in successfully leading healthcare services companies includes Great Expressions Dental Centers and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Adesh previously served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co, a global management consulting firm, for over 15 years.

He currently lives outside Chicago with his wife, two sons, and their two dogs.
